Out of Stock Products
Being an Internet site, it is difficult to determine if items you have chosen to purchase are in stock because there may be other people ordering the same product at the same time. Unfortunately, we are not able to avoid such a situation from happening. In the event when an item you have purchased and paid for is unavailable, we can either:

  • offer you a voucher for you to use when you shop with us the next time to reimburse what is owing
  • offer you a refund for what is owing (for Australian customers only)
  • you can choose an alternative product(s) from our website with the same value
  • OR we can make something similar or do a custom designed piece for you

Ordering Online
Browse the list of items of available. Add those that you wish to purchase to your Cart and when you're finished shopping, simply View Cart to purchase these goods. Just follow the instructions and its easy!

Shipping
All products are shipped using Australia Post regular mail unless Express Post is specifically requested by the customer. For Broken Hill customers, your items will be delivered. If in stock, your item will be sent within 2 days of ordering. For Australian customers, please allow 3-4 days for postage (as items are shipped from Broken Hill sometimes it takes a little longer than other places). For International customers, we will contact you shortly after you submit your order to advise estimated timeframe for delivery.

Returns
In the unlikely event of faulty goods, your item will be repaired, replaced or refunded.
